Q: How do I download and install a launcher?

A: To download any of the launchers you need to visit the site from your Blackberry smart phone. Once you visit the site head to the Launchers page and select the category of launchers you’d like to look at. After you find the launcher you’d like to download, select the link and the Blackberry will prompt you to download and install the program.

Q: What does a Blackberry launcher do and how do I use it?

A: Once you have downloaded and installed a Blackberry launcher the application places a new icon on your homescreen or in your downloads folder. This new icon will launch your browser to the website associated with it. This is all a launcher does, think of it as a mobile shortcut for your favorite website.

Q: Can I use these launchers with my Blackberry “Insert Model Here”?

A: These launchers are designed to be used with most blackberry devices running Blackberry OS 4.2 and above. You can check your OS by going to “Options” and then to the “About” selection. This will tell you what operating system you are running. You might have issues installing or using these launchers if you are on a corporate/company Blackberry Enterprise Service.

Q: I’m receiving an error message…what do I do?
